Buying a new Custom Canopy is much more exciting when it’s simple and stress-free. It’s the reason why we aim to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible with no nasty hidden surprises.

From choosing and customising your new structure to having it installed, we are here to help every step of the way.

1. Select Your Custom Canopy

With so many great options available this might be tricker than you think! That’s why we encourage you to get in touch and offer free consultations. Our friendly team can help to advise you on the best solutions to meet your property, needs and budget. For many of our products, we can even provide designs.

2. Get Your Quote

Once you have chosen your preferred Canopy, and the sizes are confirmed a bespoke quote will be provided. The installation date is then agreed and confirmed.

3. Confirm Your Choice

Once you are 100% happy and ready to proceed we will confirm your bespoke choices – colour, fixings, etc. The installation date is then agreed and confirmed. At this stage in the process we ask you to make a 10% low deposit payment that will secure your booking.

4. Your Invoice Is Sent

Ahead of your installation we will contact you to provide further details for the installation, we will also provide your final invoice.

5. Hassle Free Installation

On the agreed installation date Custom Canopies will arrive to transform your outdoor space. Our in-house team work professionally and efficiently to ensure minimum disruption. At this step we ask for full payment to be made.

6. Enjoy Your Space

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us for years to come, which is why we offer a full guarantee that will be issued promptly after your install. At this step as soon as the installation is complete we ask for final payment. After that there’s nothing left to do but relax and enjoy your new outdoor space.
